Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and offers guests the best of everything. You can enjoy an afternoon laying out by the large pool with plenty of chairs and tables, take a dip in the hot tub, and then head to the beach for sunset. You are a short three-minute walk to the beach, and we provide a large cart for your beach toys.

We love to cook so we made sure to upgrade the kitchen with all the little extras to make your vacation stress-free. Quality dishes, high end pots and pans and other extras like 2 coffee makers (Keurig and standard), waffle maker, crock pot, and good knives! Downstairs, there are three grills by the pool area so Dad can cook while the kids play in the pool!

We are 2 Sisters from Tallahassee and Memphis, TN. We love Mexico Beach and thoroughly enjoy sharing it with others. We began buying rental properties in Mexico Beach almost 10 years ago and hope to retire here. We now have 7 properties owned either by us or by us and family and friends. We can accommodate most groups and budgets.Location

This property has a beautiful large pool with walk in entrance and a hot tub that is separated from the pool by a wall with water cascading into both the pool and hot tub. The grills are just outside the pool area and all overlooks the beautiful canal, where boats can be watched, coming and going out to the Gulf of Mexico! For those bringing their own boats to Mexico Beach, we have several boat slips available where guests can pull up to the property, grab some lunch and enjoy relaxing by the pool, before heading back out to the Gulf! They are available on a first come, first serve basis but there is nearly always one or more open!
Walking distance to the beach is 3 minutes! Very easy to go from pool to beach and back to pool!

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
