Quiet neighborhood and building offers an oasis for relaxation. This private suite is located directly inside the key padded front door of the building with easy, reserved parking for you outside. You will have an easy-to-remember code to access your private suite. No sharing space except for the outside laundry room.
Perfect for short or mid-term stays for legislative staffers, lobbyists, visiting nurses or FAMU/FSU visiting faculty. We have totally renovated this beautiful 1950s suite with all the modern conveniences so you’ll have a home away from home.

I graduated from FSU in 1986 and have lived in Tallahassee for 30+ years. My husband Chris and I have owned vacation rentals in Mexico Beach for 15 years, so we know how to keep guests happy. We love to travel, talk FSU football and know all the insider tips to make your stay here memorable.

This fun vintage-tiled bathroom has been updated with all the modern conveniences. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo, a large vanity and modern fixtures. We provide four (4) towels, hand towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, and oh, so many soaps - hand soap, bath soap, face soap - you’ll be squeaky clean! Because we love our guests, we also provide a comfy waffle robe for you! Forget something? Check our basket of “in case you forgot” items. We probably have it. That’s how we roll. |

This quiet and comfortable king bedroom features top quality linens, mattress and a variety of pillow types so you can match your style. The room has a sleek and modern ceiling fan with a light, task lighting and our mascot, a fun, Fannie Flamingo light on the bedside table. We also have several nightlights to ensure you feel comfortable at night. The windows have both shades and blackout curtains so you can adjust the room’s lighting to your personal preference. There is a wireless charger for your phone, watch and iPods. A tv on the dresser will allow you to chill out after a day at work, sightseeing or visiting loved ones. We also keep a small but highly effective fan in the room for white noise/air flow if needed. Yes, we also have extra blankets. We want you to be comfortable!!! |
